Pick a night
Dinner, drinks, or an activity in your region. Always a Wednesday.
Small town social
A small group of people from your own town, once a week. When you click with someone, Mayberry helps you keep in touch.
How it works
Dinner, drinks, or an activity in your region. Always a Wednesday.
About six people who live near you, put together by hand from what you have told us.
Where to go arrives the day before. Who is coming stays private until you get there.
What a Wednesday looks like
Why this exists
The U.S. Surgeon General calls loneliness a public health epidemic. One in three adults feels lonely. Isolation carries a 29% higher risk of heart disease and a 32% higher risk of stroke.
You already spend on your body. Your community deserves the same.
What is different
Most apps gather data to hold your attention. We gather it to put you with the right people, so every night makes the next group better.
Everyone you meet can go into a private list: where you met, when you last talked, how often you mean to. If it has been too long, the app nudges you. Nobody else ever sees it.
A region is a few towns you would drive to on a weeknight. Close enough to home that seeing someone again is easy.
Put your own night on the calendar and open it to the people you have met. It is what we are building next.
Who you are meeting
Every member is 18 or older and has passed an identity check: a government ID and a selfie, run by Stripe. We never see the documents. Phone numbers and email addresses are verified too.
You can block anyone, whether you met them here or not. They are never told, and never put in a group with you again.
Nights happen in real places we do not run, so read the Terms before you book.
Membership
No ads. No algorithm engineered to keep you scrolling. Your membership is our whole business, so our only job is making it worth keeping.
It pays for one thing: booking real nights out with real people. Your profile, friends list and questionnaires are yours either way, and you can cancel from Settings whenever you like.
Mayberry is opening in its first towns now. Write to us if you want to know when it reaches yours.
